These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HERM Group Limited' On-line Sales located at https://www.hermlogic.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our hermlogic.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or making any purchases.

2. Definitions

• "We," "us," "our," refers to as HERM, HERM Logic and HERM Group Limited.

• "You" or "your" refers to the customer or user of our website.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether confirmed or not, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund promptly.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in USD/United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that product prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. In such cases, we will inform you of the corrected price before processing your order.

5. Payment

We accept payment through BANK Direct Deposit. You agree to check your invoice carefully before making payment to ensure the product/s, quantity and pricing are correct. You agree to provide ‘payment confirmation’ via email to admin@hermlogic.com within the same business day. Should HERM Logic provide alternative payment options such as PayPal, you agree to make payment via the PayPal method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within agreed to, or scheduled delivery date. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Returns and Refunds

HERM is a "Lean Manufacture". As voltage of domestic power supply varies across the world, including the type of power inlets and outlets that must be incorporated and tested prior to dispatch, the HERM Lifter is by default a "Custom Built, or Made to Order". Our Lean or 'Just-in-Time' manufacturing process enables us to achieve maximizing productivity while minimizing waste. This advantage is directly reflected in our comparable competitive global pricing. We do offer Product Warranty. 

8. Product Warranty

On the HERM Ultra lite250 and lite300, HERM offers a 24-month (2 Year) manufactures parts warranty provided that replacement is not required as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or acts of God. The warranty is to last for Twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Replacement parts will be shipped on a FOB terms. Customers are required to return the defective parts within seven (7) days to HERM USA freight prepaid.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of the Federal Arbitration Act and the Texas General Arbitration Act..

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
